1. Our first conversation - usually clients call us
   
2. We discuss your project or any issues you may have
3. We visit your property and carry out a free on-site survey
4. We then prepare a free no obligation quote that consists of:
   • Full report on existing external walls
   • Ideas and solution(s)
   • Detailed list of work needed
     
   • Quoted Price
   • A possible estimated start date
   • An estimated time frame for the works
     
5. Then you can either Accept or reject our quote (There is no obligation, this is a free service)
6. If you decide to go ahead and accept it, we agree a start date for work to begin


7. Our experienced and friendly (and clean) applicators will carry out all the work specified
8. Once the project is completed and you are completely satisfied, the balance is paid
9. We then give you our Guarantee Certificate and payment receipts


10. You then sit back and enjoy your new, beautiful, maintenance free walls!
