I recently had the outside of my house by A U Finishing and have to say that i am most satisfied with the job. They used a new type of machine that sped up the job and made it looked fantastic when finished. I originally chose the company because I was happy with the price but a low price defiantly did not mean a low quality of work. The men who worked on the job were very professional and even helped do some other small jobs without an extra charge. Dear Adam, Thank you for doing the k rendering on our bungalow in Heathfield. We are completely satisfied with the work done. It was competitively priced and great value for money. You and your team were very helpful, obliging and conscientious - nothing was too much trouble. You even pointed out several small but unrelated repairs of which we were unaware and not contracted to fix, but your team happily repaired them too. Attention to detail is the best we have ever encountered in the building trade and we felt you and your tem treated our home as if it was your own. The procedure was carried out according to the manufacturer's specifications, putting up first a base coat, then wire mesh and finally applying the top coat. Most other renderers would only apply sand and cement. Ours should last a very long time, unlike that applied by other companies. We are more than happy to recommend your work and we wish you success with your business - you thoroughly deserve it!
